ISIS Doesnt represent ISLAM

Group of young Muslims have joined the fight back against Islamic State militants with a video and social media campaign.

They set up the #notinmyname campaign to spread the word that Muslims reject IS, its ideology and actions and to show that IS do not represent the Islamic faith or the Muslim community.

"These terrorists ISIS are not true Muslims, they do not practice the true teachings of Islam; peace, mercy and compassion and they are the enemy of all mankind.”

Lagaya Tha Kisko Gale Ab Yaad Nahi

چاہا تھاکس کو اب یاد نہیں

پایا تھا کس کو اب یاد نہیں

کن جھیل سی آنکھوں میں

ڈبایا تھا خود کو اب یاد نہیں

شناسایئ تو بہوتوں سے تھی

اپنایا تھا کس کو اب یاد نہیں

خشبو ساتھ ہے اب تک زاؔہد

لگایا تھا کس کو گلے اب یاد نہیں

Yahan tak aaye ho kuch zuban se keh do
Lafz muhabbat nahi keh saktay salam to keh do

Palkain to uthao apni itni bhi haya kaisi
Zuban se nahi kuch kehte nighah se hi keh do

Khat mein to tum ne har baat likh di
Aaye ho to muskura kar iqraar bhi kar do

Mana keh tareef se barh kar ghazal tum ho
Jumbish e lab se apni taqdeer hamain keh do

یہاں تک آۓ ہو کچھ زباں سے کہہ دو

لفظ محبت نہیں کہ سکتے سلام تو کہہ دو

پلکیں تو اٹھاؤ اپنی اتنی بھی حیاء کیسی

زباں سے نہیں کچھ کہتے نگاہ سے ہی کہہ دو

خط میں تو تم نے ہر بات لکھ دی

آۓ ہو تو مسکراکر اقرار بھی کر دو

مانا کہ تعریف سے بڑھ کر غزل تم ہو

جنبش لب سے اپنی تقدیر ہمیں کہہ دو
